Weed Man Client Experience Specialist's objective is to delight our clients by keeping them informed, satsified, and happy.The Client Experience Specialist responsibility starts with educating the prospect during the sales experience and the job responsibility continue with regular follow up and interaction with the client. An understanding of the Weed Man way of caring for lawns, process, materials, and methods of lawn care is required along with strong sales skills to build a long-lasting client relationship. The position is in a fast-paced environment working in a small office. Inbound and outbound calls make up the primary function of the position based off information provided from outside sales advisors.Responsibilities:* Effectively communicate knowledge to owners so they can make decisions about their property via phone or email* Complete phone calls to potential clients while tracking sales performance* Cold call potential and old clients of services and close the sale in a timely manner* Onboard new clients by informing them of potential services and close the sale* Handle inbound / outbound calls and communicate our services to our clients (closing sales via phone is 75 to 80% of the daily job time)* Achieve weekly sales goals* Analyze client account information and update data as necessary based on client interaction* Utilize math skills in a fast-paced environment with accuracy* Work closely with on-site operations team to stay up to date on whats happening in the lawns* Provide owners with advice on improvements they can make to their homes that will result in a better lawn* Communicate pro-actively with clients about the status of ongoing issues* Perform data entry and maintain/update client records accurately* Assist with various program operations when requested as responsibilities permitQualifications:* Have a high school diploma* Ability to pass a drug screen* Experience in lawn care a plus* Basic knowledge of MS Office and Windows 10* Previous experience in sales required / 1 yr.* Previous experience in customer service required / 1 yr.* Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills* Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
