Job Title
Maintenance Associate III

Responsible for maintaining interior andexterior cleanliness of facility and grounds. Assists maintenance personnel with repairs and maintenance of equipment, machines and physical structure.

Position Specific Title and Responsibilities (Optional):

Position Title Maintain cleanliness of facility areas including restrooms, lunchrooms, offices, and halls by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash etc.

Perform facility maintenance such as replacing lightbulbs, painting, replacing filters, etc.

Maintain facility exterior by clearing walks, emptying trash receptacles etc.

Perform basic manufacturing equipment preventative maintenance

Assist maintenance personnel with installations, repairs and/or rebuilds of manufacturing or facility mechanical equipment

Maintain and inventory cleaning supplies, request restock when needed

Wears required personal protective equipment at all times in areas where mandatory

Job Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Experience:

Three (3) years custodial and facility maintenance experience Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Ability to understand and act on verbal and written instructions

Ability to self-direct work

Knowledge of hand held power tools and industrial janitorial equipment such as buffers, scrubbers and vacuum

Ability to read and interpret general documents, technical manuals, procedures or regulations

Must exhibit attention to detail as well as excellent listening skills

Must be able to work
