Requirements

  • Proven track record in customer service or help desk type role
  • Experience with computers, Microsoft Office products, networks and technology
  • The behavioral traits, attitudes and skills required to be successful in this position include assertiveness, sociability, will do, can do, time management, adaptability, excellent listening/communication skills
  • Reliable transportation, available Mon-Fri business hours

Major Job Objective:
  • Answering customer's calls for service requests, supply orders or general information
  • Log service call information into automated system for assignment to appropriate Technician
  • Manage call volume making sure SLA's are met and customer's needs exceed expectations
  • Meeting daily schedule and established company efficiency & productivity expectations
  • Develop positive business relationships with customers - creating Raving Fans!
  • Provide accurate data entry in industry-leading ERP systems and applications
