As a Mobile Donation Team Member at KARM Stores, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to reveal Christ to our donors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, receiving donations, and interacting with donors. You will have the unique opportunity to work at an assigned location in the Knoxville area, providing a convenient experience for donors in a secure setting.You will serve as a brand ambassador, sharing the inspiring story of KARM Ministries
Responsibilities:
Work diligently across all facets of the department, including receiving and sorting donations based on brand, condition, and quality.
Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to all donors, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to address any challenges or opportunities for improvement.
