Now Hiring: Laser Operators in Caryville, TN

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Laser Operators to join our growing team in Caryville, TN. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in manufacturing quality automotive parts, working with precision equipment to ensure that each part produced meets our stringent quality and safety standards.

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 2 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday-Friday
• 3rd Shift: 10 PM - 6:30 AM, Sunday-Thursday

Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading metal parts into designated laser machines.
• Logging operating progress in daily reports.
• Tagging and labeling parts as per work instructions.
• Ensuring accuracy in quality through visual inspection and using testing equipment.
• Stacking and sorting parts in shipping containers according to customer requirements.
• Performing basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and adjusting fixtures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Basic understanding of machine operation and maintenance.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
