We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial settings. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. If you are bilingual that is a plus!

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and residential facilities, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a thorough clean while adhering to safety protocols.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions.
Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Respond promptly to requests for additional cleaning services or special projects as assigned.
Skills

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require additional cleaning.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Physical stamina and strength to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
