Position Summary:
Provides clerical support to Case Management and Utilization Review Departments (staff of approx 50). Answers all incoming calls, works assigned daily reports, prepares meeting packets and meeting minutes as directed, maintains gift fund reporting, oversees CM conference room calendar, performs assigned audit duties and all other duties as assigned.
Answers all incoming calls & dispatches calls appropriately. Greets office visitors.
Works Daily Reports. Has Excel experience
Prepares for meetings as assigned by Director/Manager (agendas, packets, meeting minutes)
Provides clerical support.
Oversees office functions, orders supplies, troubleshoot printers, completes work orders
Position Qualification:
Has medical terminology experience
Associates degree in business, secreterial science or similar educational background.
Prefer office experience of 3-5 years
