We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Permanent Fulfillment Coordinator to join our Accounting + Finance team. This role is integral to our financial operations and requires a versatile individual with a deep understanding of ERP software, Epicor, SAP, or Oracle. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. With a focus on maintaining and improving our accounting systems, the Fulfillment Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our financial operations.

Job Details

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience with ERP software, Epicor, SAP, and Oracle.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the Accounting + Finance industry is a plus.
