Duties:
- Take incoming customer calls, outbound calls
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Provide information about products and services
- Maintain schedule for multiple technicians
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
