Job Details

- Contract length: Approx. 6 months, could extend/convert

- Location: Hybrid in Knoxville, TN

- Max hourly rate: $24/hr

- Hours: Fulltime, M-F

Responsibilities:

• Review commercials for linear copy teams, digital client success teams, Ad Sales, agencies, and independent commercial clearance vendors.
• Expedite and prioritize commercial reviews, rough cuts, and storyboards based on categories provided by management.
• Ensure compliance with domestic policies, FCC, FTC, and KidVid regulations when applicable.
• Collaborate daily with internal and external teams to gather information and address any review requests.

Must-Have Skills / Requirements:

• Understanding of broadcast traffic applications and their connection with sales, operations, and other systems.
• At least 3 years of experience and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of operational and technical processes, and their system interdependencies.
• Ability to manage data, such as compiling, coding, auditing, or verifying information.
• Experience entering and maintaining data in various databases and vendor portals.
• Flexibility to work within time constraints and adapt to seasonal demands or business needs.

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education / Certifications:

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree
