Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Heavy Civil construction to lead and manage large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and budget standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of Heavy Civil projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and subcontractors, to define project goals and requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Utilize project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall to enhance project efficiency.
  • Track project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders regarding status, issues, and budget tracking.
  • Facilitate communication and teamwork among project members to ensure a cohesive working environment.
  • Conduct quality assurance and control to ensure that all project deliverables meet established standards.
  • Oversee the documentation process throughout the project, maintaining accurate records and reports.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the Heavy Civil construction industry.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Bluebeam.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and standards, particularly in areas such as wastewater treatment, underground piping, and asphalt.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and interact with clients.
  • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation in construction projects.
  • Familiarity with project planning, estimating, and quality control processes.
