Role Overview:


As a Senior Art Director at Designsensory, you bring brands to life through bold, innovative and meticulously crafted visual storytelling. You thrive at the intersection of design and strategy, leading the creation of campaign visuals, brand identities and digital experiences that resonate with audiences. Working alongside writers, strategists and developers, you push creative boundaries while ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all touchpoints. Someone who is ready to grow further into strategy, design, storytelling and marketing, and (eventually) step up to the mantle as a Creative Director.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Visual Leadership: Develop high-impact creative concepts and execute them across branding, digital, social, print and experiential.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, designers and developers to craft cohesive, multi-platform experiences.
  • Client Presentations: Confidently present work, incorporating feedback while advocating for strong creative solutions.
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure visual consistency and excellence in all creative outputs, whether for established brands or new identities.
  • Mentorship & Team Growth: Guide junior designers, providing direction and constructive feedback.
  • Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and cultural movements to keep Designsensory's work fresh and forward-thinking.
  • Project Ownership: Manage multiple projects, balancing deadlines, resources and creative vision.


Qualifications:


  • 6+ years of experience in a design or art direction role, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, design craftsmanship and multi-channel executions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and motion or 3D design tools a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout and digital design best practices.
