K-8 Learning Center Teacher

Qualifications
Professing believer in Jesus Christ with a strong Christian faith and lifestyle
Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or related field
Ability to articulate and integrate a biblical worldview in all aspects of teaching

Primary Responsibilities
Instructional Support
Pull small groups of students to provide remediation and differentiated instruction in K-8 math and ELA
Implement learning plans for students with diverse academic needs
Apply appropriate accommodations to support student success
Collaborate with classroom teachers to ensure proper implementation of student accommodations
-Proficiency in phonics instruction for struggling readers
Learning Center Support
Work closely with the Learning Center team to plan and organize support services for students
Progress monitor student achievement and collect data to inform instructional decisions
Maintain accurate records of student progress and supports
Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and support strategies
Spiritual Leadership
Integrate biblical principles and a Christian worldview into all aspects of instruction and student interactions
Model Christ-like behavior and foster spiritual growth in students
Participate in school-wide spiritual activities and events
Professional Expectations
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, administrators, and parents
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
Maintain confidentiality regarding student information and records
Contribute to a positive and supportive school culture
