Reporting to the Chancellor, the CAO oversees all schools and academic programs, faculty affairs, and curricula development across all South College campuses, while ensuring compliance with all associated regulations. The CAO works collaboratively with all school leaders and faculty to ensure student academic success consistent with South College's mission and vision. The CAO is responsible for all Academic Program areas from Certificate to Doctoral levels and maintains accountability of functionally supervising all Campus Academic Deans.Minimum Requirements The position requires an EdD or PhD, or other accepted terminal academic degree, with 10 years of Chair/Dean-level or above leadership experience at a comprehensive higher education institution offering both graduate and undergraduate programs. Experience in a For-Profit Higher Education institution and significant experience in large Online and Healthcare student environments is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
