Are you experienced with permitting, approvals and entitlements for projects? Does interacting with senior company leadership excite you? This is the position for you!1. Interface with governing agencies to assess entitlement, permitting, andzoning requirements2. Arrange and assess civil design, geotechnical, and environmentalinvestigations and provide cost effective direction to consultants basedon assessment findings3. Review design details with consultant team, Operations, and Executivemanagement team4. Establish and monitor project budgets5. Support construction team in contractor bid process6. Coordinate equipment purchases including quote solicitation, obtainingpurchase orders, and scheduling deliveries7. Manage facility remodel, major maintenance, and catastrophic damageprojects8. Model behaviors that support the company's common purpose; ensureguests and team members are supported at the highest level9.
