Nashville area non-profit water and wastewater organization, funded by around twenty thousand rate payers needs a Customer Service Manager to oversee the billing activities of the organization. This job is mainly about cash accounting, billing, and customer service. I am advertising in your area in order to find people with just the right public service experience.
This job is in a Nashville suburb, northwest of the city. I am advertising in your area to attract people who may be considering relocation. Some relo assistance is available.
This job has excellent pay and benefits. This is an onsite job with hours of 8 pm until 5 pm. Relocation assistance is available.
- You will oversee a small staff that handles new accounts, customer billing, payment processing and debt collection.
- You will set customer service schedules, coordinating with other departments and outside agencies as necessary.
- Analyze data and prepare statistical reports about customer service, collections, billing, delinquencies, etc. in the Customer Service Department.
- Communicate effectively with rate payers, explaining schedules, rates, and fees.
- Assist accounting with independent audits, present reports about customer service and billing to management as needed.
- Responsible for the organization's public relations activities.
