Are you ready to play a pivotal role in driving a transformative global learning and development strategy? We're hiring a dynamic Head of L&D to lead and shape the future of learning and development at Regal Cineworld Group.

You will work closely with our Global Head of Talent Management as a key member of the global Talent Centre of Excellence leadership team, playing a crucial role in enhancing organizational capability, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and equipping our people with the skills they need to drive long-term business success.

What Will You Be Doing?

Strategic Leadership & Planning

• You will develop and implement a data-driven global L&D strategy aligned with organizational goals, focusing on technical capabilities, soft skills, leadership development, and compliance. You will ensure the strategy is effective across all regions while integrating L&D into the talent and performance cycle.

Learning Design & Implementation

• You will create and implement a global L&D catalog offering diverse learning modalities to address skill gaps, enhance performance, and drive innovation. You will oversee the expansion of digital, live, and blended learning offerings, ensuring consistency across regions, and lead continuous improvement efforts.

Leadership & Organizational Development

• You will be responsible for the Leadership Philosophy and Strategy, enhancing the capabilities of aspiring and existing leaders across the field and office, including designing and delivering scalable leadership development programs.
• You will lead organizational development initiatives to optimize team performance, engagement, and effectiveness.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

• You will serve as a trusted subject matter expert to department heads, aligning learning plans with business strategies and ensuring global offerings meet regional needs.

L&D Operations and Continuous Improvement

• You will drive operational excellence within the department by effectively managing L&D budgets, resources, and global vendors to ensure seamless program delivery. You will also establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness and ROI of offerings.

Team Development

• You will establish and lead a high-performing global L&D team, positioning the team as a trusted business partner recognized for its expertise and impact. Additionally, you will actively contribute as a key member of the global Talent COE leadership team.

About You

• You have extensive commercial experience in an L&D leadership role within a global organization, ideally with a background in Global Centres of Excellence and experience with field and corporate populations.
• You bring a proven track record in designing and implementing innovative and modern learning and organizational development programs through both digital and live mediums, with expertise in centralizing learning.
• You excel at engaging and influencing individuals at all levels of the business—from executives to international teams—driving performance, fostering change management, and empowering others to achieve both personal and organizational goals.
