A large multi-franchise group is seeking to hire a Body Shop Manager who has experience managing large-volume body shops and has developed relationships with major insurance carriers. We're looking for a high-caliber individual who will grow with us and foster a positive work environment for our employees.

Previous Auto Body Shop management experience in automotive, powersport, RV, or other related fields are required, automotive preferred. Body Shop Techs with 6+ years of experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities - Body Shop Manager:

• Hire, train and manage your team
• Write body shop damage estimates
• Manage Direct Repair Programs for all insurance companies
• Complete billing and other shop related activities.
• Interact with customers, insurance companies, collision estimators, service advisors, technicians, etc.

Qualifications - Body Shop Manager:

• Body Shop/ Collision Center Manager experience is required
• Body Shop Technicians with 6+ years of experience will also be considered
• Excellent managerial and communication skills
• Positive attitude, outgoing personality and the ability to build a strong team
• Knowledge of new vehicle repair technologies
• ICAR Certification (preferred)
• Solid understanding of estimating process and system
• Proficient computer skills in CCC and other management technologies
• Professional appearance and work ethic
