Position Overview:
The Operations Process Review Specialist supports multiple business lines by providing a comprehensive assessment of Operations processes in an effort to identify gaps and potential risks, focusing on performance improvement and incident prevention. The ideal candidate is very detail oriented and views their work as their self-portrait. The Process Analyst possesses impeccable customer service skills, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain poise under pressure.
