Job Details

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Serves as a primary analyst on routine maintenance, build, and configuration in Epic, including:

   1. Collecting, accurately documenting, and resolving client trouble tickets and requests
   2. Participating in after-hours on-call rotation

2. Leads application build for their areas regarding Epic Upgrades, including:

   1. Nova Note Review
   2. Nova Note Build
   3. Unit testing, application testing, and integrated testing

3. Supports the go-live process in a command center setting

4. Proactively identifies areas for improvement within applications and suggests potential solutions in coordination with other teams

5. Mentors junior analysts on Epic build

6. Builds strong relationships both with the client and their peers

7. Performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Abilities

• Strong personal drive for delivering excellent customer service and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to troubleshoot tickets, manage projects, and think critically

• Knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, information systems, Microsoft products, and related IT systems

• Certification in primary application; additional certifications in Epic, ITIL, PMP are advantageous

• Ability to organize daily tasks, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience

• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience
