Description:

Maryville TN company is seeking an Account Manager to assist the Sales team and other members of the office in marketing and promoting sales.
Pay: $45,000-$55,000 DOE

Responsibilities:
Customer Service 90%
? Answers telephone calls and assists customers with their inquiries.
? Builds and maintains strong long-lasting relationship with key persons in assigned customer accounts.
? Visits/Travels to existing and potential customers to evaluate their needs and promote RIX North America
products and services.
? Follows up and communicates with customers via phone calls, emails, and visits.
? Prepares packages, parts, and products for delivery or shipping to customers, suppliers and vendors.
? Delivers product to customers and vendors.
? Prepares and sends quotes to customers.
? Prepares presentations for existing customers, new business and customer meetings.
? Researches and generates new leads for customers, vendors and suppliers.
? Contacts Vendors to get information, such as prices, lead time, etc.
? Supports and assists customers with troubleshooting.
? Provides technical data to customers, vendors and suppliers.
? Makes personal business travel arrangements.
? Complies with safety rules on customer's sites.
? Makes efforts to gain product knowledge and familiarize with the product markets.
? Seeks constant improvement, more efficient and less expensive ways and means in work processes.
? Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Sales Manager, Senior Manager or the President.
? Reports to work daily (M-F) based on company schedule and complies with all company policies and procedures.
? May perform job duties outside of regularly scheduled working hours.
? Follows up with Team members to complete any assigned work not completed daily.
? Maintains high ethical standards in the workplace.
? Maintains good communication with the President, Senior Manager, Sales Manager, staff members and outside contacts.
? Reports all irregular issues and problems to the President, Senior Manager, or the Sales Manager for solution.
? Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area
? Able to use hand tools, such as tape measure, pallet jack, etc.

? Analysis - Critically and carefully examines facts or data to develop a hypothesis or theory. Identifies causes of problems, secure relevant information, and recommends solutions.
? Math Skills - Ability to productively work with numbers and accurately perform arithmetical, algebraic or geometric calculations as needed.
? Product Knowledge - Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company's products and/or services.
Accuracy, Attention to Detail, Clerical, Communication, Confidentiality, Customer Service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Multi-Tasking, Order Processing, Problem Solving.

Education Requirements
? Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Work Experience
? Sales experience was preferred.

Certificates / Licenses / Training Requirements
? Driver's license
? Passport

Travel
? Driving is required as an essential duty and performed on a routine basis.
? Very often; May include more than once per month.
