Senior Helpers of Greater Knoxville is currently hiring a CNA - Care Coordinator. The Care Coordinator is responsible for supporting care team and office operations. General Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Takes the lead with office phone and administrative support
• Supports with Client and Caregiver communication along with scheduling when available
• Weekends as needed
• Fulfill shifts and support Client and Caregiver Introductions
• Reconcile billing
• Process LTC claims

Qualifications:

• 3 + years Caregiving experienced is required
• Passion for Caregiving, great communication skills, ability to manage conflict, and basic computer skills
• Ability to Operate in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to pass background checks, have a valid Driver's License, and pass a drug screen
