EnSafe is seeking a dual-certified Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)/Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with at least 10 years of experience to join our Knoxville, TN, Health and Safety (H&S) team.

EnSafe specializes in custom solutions in Environmental Management and Planning, Civil Design Engineering, Environmental Restoration, Natural & Water Resources, Health & Safety, and Technology, with offices operating within the US.

What We Are Looking For:

A H&S Professional with a CIH and/or a CSP, who will embrace managing both small and large-scale industrial hygiene exposure assessments as well as performing health and safety (H&S) risk assessments, conducting H&S compliance audits, developing H&S programs and management systems, and performing other health and safety services to our clients.

What You Will Be Doing:

* Develop and execute industrial hygiene exposure monitoring plans

* Perform machine guarding, lockout-tagout, confined space, and other H&S risk assessments

* Perform H&S compliance audits

* Mentor and supervise early career industrial hygiene and H&S professionals

* Serve as project manager on industrial hygiene and H&S related projects

* Grow business in the local Knoxville area and on a national level

What You Will Need:

* Professional certification as a CIH and CSP

* High level working knowledge of industrial hygiene monitoring methods

* Practical understanding and application of OSHA general industry regulations

* Leadership skills, initiative, attention to detail, analytical thinking, accountability, and commitment to quality and accuracy

* Supervisory, consulting, and project management experience

* Experience with machine guarding, lockout/tagout, and confined space risk assessments as well as OSHA compliance auditing and other safety consulting
