Job Description

• Lead and manage construction projects from beginning to end.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
• Prepare and negotiate the terms of all project agreements.
• Ensure all project deadlines are met.
• Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards.
• Periodic project status reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
• Foster positive and effective business relationships with all parties involved in the project.

The Successful Applicant

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and industry-specific software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
