Description
This role is based out of our Downtown Knoxville location!

Servers are the main point of contact for our guests and are most responsible for delivering a great guest experience.

• Manage a section of four tables
• Take guest orders for food and drink
• Use point-of-sale computer to enter all orders
• Maintain tables throughout guest visit
• Present check and settle bill
• Perform all tasks of support staff
• Complete end-of-shift duties

The typical path of advancement is to become a Trainer, Lead Server or Floor Manager.

Requirements

• Can remain positive and calm under pressure
• Need to be able to prioritize among a variety of tasks
• Must be able to maintain a high pace throughout the shift
• Must be comfortable working on your feet for five-plus hours
• Must acquire and maintain a TN ABC card to serve alcohol
• Be able to work a variety of shifts including day, evening and weekend shifts.
• Must have weekend availability
• Must be able to work collaboratively with the rest of the team
