Reservations Specialist

The Reservations Specialist is the front-line liaison between the clients and the drivers at all points of the trip.

The Reservations Specialist will multi-task in a fast-paced environment between answering client calls, which involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing real-time updates, and handling email requests.

Responsible for keeping the drivers up to date on any changes, including flight tracking and maintaining the dispatch screen with current driver statuses.

Depending on the shift, the Reservations Specialist must also be responsible for confirming drivers for run assignments for the upcoming days, schedule and preparing trip tickets for those runs.

Effective communication and prompt response during calls is crucial and ensuring smooth operations.

Reservation Specialists report to the Operations Manager.

-Drug Test/Background Check

-Proficient in Microsoft

-Preferred High School Diploma

-Preferred 2+ years of Hospitality Experience
