Job Details

Monitor, track, and manage all clinical compliance documentation for nursing students (e.g., immunizations, CPR certification, TB testing, liability insurance, etc.)Coordinate background checks and drug screenings in accordance with clinical site policies. Ensure compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations related to student placement. Serve as the liaison between the nursing program and clinical sites for compliance requirements. Coordinate entrance exam scheduling with new student applicants. Educate students and faculty on clinical compliance processes, deadlines, and required documentation. Maintain accurate records using compliance software or systems (e.g., CastleBranch, & ACEMAPP). Notify students and administration of non-compliance and facilitate corrective actions. Collaborate with clinical faculty and staff to prepare students for placement. Generate reports for accrediting bodies, internal audits, and site evaluations.
