Job Overview

The Quality Partner is a vital member of the Quality team, serving as the subject matter expert. The role involves coaching, consulting, and supporting clinical and operational leaders in implementing quality improvement programs that enhance outcomes. Responsibilities include supporting quality assurance, performance improvement (QAPI), accreditation, survey readiness, care variation reviews, and OPPE/FPPE functions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with local and system-wide Quality teams and leaders to support outcome domains.
  2. Ensure patient and front-line team voices are central, conducting needs assessments, gap analyses, and data analytics.
  3. Lead through influence, fostering a just culture and psychological safety to develop strong learning environments.
  4. Facilitate cross-functional teams to improve patient and team experiences.
  5. Develop and deliver training programs and participate in system-level initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in clinical or business field; or Associate's Degree with 5 years of healthcare accreditation or regulatory experience.
  • Minimum 3 years healthcare experience; experience in quality improvement and accreditation preferred.
  • Certifications such as clinical quality, Six Sigma, or safety are preferred.

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong facilitation, data analysis, and training development skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and data entry.
  • Ability to build effective relationships, conduct needs assessments, and develop educational plans.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible hours to meet facility needs.
