Human Resources Manager – Knoxville, TN (Hybrid)

Starting at $90,000 + Bonus Eligibility | Direct Hire

Our client in the Facilities Services space is seeking a strategic and people-oriented HR Manager to join their team. This individual will lead HR operations across multiple locations, supporting a diverse workforce. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and aligns HR strategies with business goals—all while championing employee engagement, performance, and growth.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of HR management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Experience leading HR staff and supporting multi-site operations
  • Proficiency with UKG or other HRIS/ATS platforms
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a hands-on, adaptable approach in dynamic environments


Highly Preferred:

  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification
  • Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English)
  • Experience working with multi-location HR support


Responsibilities:

HR Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead HR operations across designated sites, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals
  • Develop and implement HR policies and practices that support business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Partner with leadership on organizational planning, workforce development, and process improvements

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on all HR matters
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace through proactive communication and engagement strategies
  • Address employee relations issues with consistency and alignment to organizational values

Talent Management

  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Lead performance management processes, training, and employee development initiatives
  • Support leadership development and succession planning

Compliance & Systems

  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and internal HR policies
  • Maintain accurate records in HRIS systems and support data-driven decision-making
  • Drive efficiency through strong HR operations and system management
