Your role will be vital in ensuring both the store and customers succeed:

  • Create a welcoming and positive environment for customers while addressing their technology needs
  • Stay updated on technology products and services to provide complete solutions
  • Respond promptly and resourcefully to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Help the Tech department achieve key metrics, including profitable sales
  • Be adaptable to various responsibilities such as cashier duties, merchandising, and returns

Essential skills and experience:

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs
  • Strong background in customer service
  • Proven ability to engage with customers and comprehend their needs
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Skill in managing conflicts in a calm and cooperative manner
  • Integrity in handling customer and business information
  • Physical ability to lift/move materials between 10 - 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand or walk for extended periods
  • Preferred experience in selling products or services, though not required
