Job Description
Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation from preconstruction through closeout.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project milestones.
Support procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change order processes.
Help maintain project records, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
Collaborate with field teams to ensure alignment between office and site operations.

The Successful Applicant
2-4 years of experience in commercial construction project coordination or management.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
A proactive mindset and eagerness to grow into a Project Manager role.
