Assist in the rehabilitation of apartments from fire, water, and smoke damage. Roof repairs. Demo of damaged materials. Tear out & dispose of damaged drywall, insulation, flooring, cabinets, and sub-flooring. Remove fire damaged roofing materials and debris. Strip areas down to studs or substructures. Clean soot, debris, and water from surfaces. Set up & maintain containment areas for dust and debris control. Load, haul & dispose of waste. Install temporary supports or protective coverings. Operate a pressure washer. Clean all areas. Maintain pressure washer Requirements Lift up to 75 lbs. Must pass a background check.
