Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Manage the full sales cycle, tracking metrics and progress through CRM tools
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue goals and performance targets
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Leverage financial data and market insights to guide sales strategies and decisions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of professional experience in a business or sales environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial sales strongly preferred
