Main Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders while building and wrapping pallets to meet weekly productivity and accuracy standards.
• Perform pre-shift checks on equipment and operate electric pallet jacks safely.
• Efficiently move products from racks to pallets using order selecting software.
• Ensure the correct product is selected and report any damages.
• Deliver products to the designated dock area and shrink wrap palletized orders.
• Collaborate with team members to keep aisles clear and organized.

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working in a range of temperatures from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull between 20 to 80+ lbs. frequently, handling over 1,000 cases of product each shift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English to participate in training, have conversations, receive safety coaching, read labels, and enter information as required.
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically from Sunday to Thursday starting at 6:00 PM until completion. Occasional weekends and holidays may be necessary.
• Recent experience in physically demanding roles preferred (examples: lifting/transferring patients, sports, farming, construction).
• Experience selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
• Familiarity with operating motorized pallet jacks or similar equipment is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits: The expected base rate for this role is between $22 and $27 per hour, depending on relevant experience and education. Additional overtime compensation, incentive pay based on productivity and quality, and freezer premium apply.
