Baer is looking for Oracle Cloud R2C Lead for a long term project located in Oak Ridge, TN

Title: Oracle Cloud R2C Lead

Location: Hybrid - 40-50% travel to Oak Ridge, TN

Duration: 4 tracks, 30-month timeframe based on scope- 2 weeks to onboard. Initial 3-4 months discovery phase

Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed

Description:

• Lead functional workstreams for the Accounts Receivable module within Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials
• Oversee deliverables from functional teams to ensure quality and consistency
• Plan and manage deployment phases and communications with key stakeholders
• Define and facilitate workshop schedules to gather requirements and transfer knowledge
• Develop key design decisions, including process flows and data definitions
• Ensure best practices are adopted and business requirements are effectively translated into functional solutions
• Collaborate across teams to align deliverables with the overall project strategy

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, especially Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proven track record of leading Oracle Cloud module implementations
• Ability to define functional requirements, lead workshops, and manage project milestones
• Strong understanding of SaaS configurations and R2C (Record-to-Cash) processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
