Call Center Director – K & P Remodeling | Knoxville, TN

We are Nationally recognized in the Home Improvement Industry. We are looking for a Call Center Director to lead our customer service team in Knoxville. If you're a hands-on leader who can hire, coach, motivate, and drive performance, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Hire, Lead, Train, and Support a team of call center representatives
• Improve performance using coaching, KPIs, and real-time feedback
• Manage daily operations, schedules, and escalations
• Create a culture of energy, accountability, and service excellence

What You Bring:

• 3+ years in a call center in the Home Improvement Industry
• Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills
• CRM experience; Lead Perfection, Revin.ai, or Balto a plus
• Data-driven mindset with a passion for results

What We Offer:

• Pay:

  $80K to $100K

  including salary and

  monthly bonuses
