Our client, a leader in the Industrial sector, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate you will be part of the operations supporting a dynamic and efficient production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Clinton, TN
Pay Range: $17-$18 per hour
What's the Job?
- Prepare orders by stacking a large number of A/C filters on pallets.
- Operate pallet jack on a regular basis.
- Keep the area clean and organized.
- Assemble cardboard frames for packing filters.
- Pack command strips in boxes and ensure packages are completely done prior to packing.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role.
- High school diploma required.
- Ability to stand on your feet for 12 hours during shifts.
- Steel toe shoes are mandatory.
- Willingness to work every other weekend is required.
- Work in a climate-controlled environment
