Join our team as a Night Stock Associate and play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers! We're looking for dedicated individuals who are eager to provide top-notch service while ensuring our store is well-stocked and safe.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming customers by answering questions about products and creating a friendly atmosphere.
  • Building an extensive knowledge of the products in our store to assist customers effectively.
  • Recommending suitable items to meet customer needs.
  • Ensuring product freshness by regularly checking quality and sell-by dates.
  • Stocking, labeling, and managing inventory for the department.
  • Reporting any discrepancies in orders or shipments to the department manager.
  • Staying updated on promotional offerings and seasonal ads.
  • Following all safety and food regulations for a safe shopping environment.
  • Maintaining proper temperatures in refrigerated sections and keeping logs intact.
  • Creating appealing displays that adhere to company standards.
  • Working diligently to stock shelves quickly and maintain the quality of products.
  • Following all guidelines related to customer service, safety, and loss prevention.
  • Identifying and reporting any unsafe conditions or accidents.
  • Completing preventive maintenance checks on equipment and notifying management when repairs are needed.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • The ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic math skills: counting, addition, and subtraction.
  • Meeting the physical demands of the job.
  • Must be 18 years old or older.

Preferred qualifications involve retail experience, proficiency in a second language, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
