Job Details

The Director of Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) reports to the Vice President of IT and is responsible for leading the technical support and engineering teams (Networks, Servers, Data Center, Communications (Telephony), and Cloud Platforms), along with the Infrastructure Operations of Covenant Health. This role involves setting the technical vision and direction with IT senior leadership, developing the I&O strategy that aligns with organizational goals, and managing the infrastructure services that support the delivery of new and existing technology services to our customers and employees.
