Maintenance of student records including receipt and/or issuance of transcripts. Ability to evaluate transcripts for transferability of credits. Willingness to adapt to changing assignments, multiple priorities, and deadlines. Assist in the planning and execution of Commencement Ceremony and other student services events. Knowledge of curriculum planning including pre-requisites and co-requisites. Provide quality student services regarding responsiveness and issuance of transcripts, grade reports, enrollment verifications, and diplomas. Ensure admissions policies have been met by admitted students. Accurate processing of student schedule changes, program changes, name/address changes and withdrawals.
