Position Overview:
The Vice President of Human Resources will champion HR initiatives and drive the people strategy for all operations within Priority Ambulance. The VP of HR will play a critical role in shaping Priority's culture, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance work environment. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with the overall business objectives, ensuring that our workforce is educated, equipped, informed, and engaged. This position requires a deep understanding of HR practices, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading HR teams, managing policy and procedures, handling sensitive investigations, and influencing change at all levels of the company. Additionally, the VP of HR will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations and labor relations where applicable. Working in close collaboration with the Chief Operations Officer, Director of Talent Acquisition, and Regional Presidents, the VP of HR will oversee all components of human resources with Priority Ambulance.
