Policy and Strategic Partnerships Director

Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience; preference may be given to applicants with 5+ years of experience and/or a post-graduate degree

• Builds partnerships with public agencies, families, and community stakeholders to increase access to resources in underserved communities.
• Designs and implements plans and programs to expand access to education, employment, connectivity, workforce training, transportation, and health resources to benefit low and moderate income families
• Works with agency leaders to identify and articulate strategic objectives, annual goals, action plans and related performance metrics.
• Contributes to the agency's mission of providing affordable housing and community development services.
