What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Leadership & Execution

  • Champion Company Strategy: Manage the annual strategic planning process, coordinate strategic initiative reviews, and communicate priorities effectively across Regal Cinemas.
  • Manage Dynamic Workstreams: Guide project teams on initiatives from rapid sprints to long-term transformations, ensuring alignment and impact.
  • Collaborative Partnership: Work directly with business teams to implement strategic initiatives that improve operational excellence and guest experience.
  • Project Oversight & Execution: Use your project management skills to drive cross-functional efforts and turn strategies into operational realities.

Business Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Analytics Partnership: Collaborate with Data and Reporting teams to leverage insights for strategic decisions.
  • Build Analytical Prowess: Empower teams to identify, frame, and solve business challenges through data.
  • Influential Storytelling: Translate complex data into compelling narratives to guide decisions and inspire confidence.

Culture & Leadership

Education & Experience

  • 6-8+ years of diverse work experience
  • 2-4 years post-MBA or strategic leadership roles
  • 2+ years at top-tier consulting, investment banking, or similar environment
  • 2+ years working directly within a business providing strategic insights
  • 2+ years managing or mentoring junior team members

Industry & Technical Skills

  • Experience in consumer-facing, brick & mortar sectors like entertainment, restaurant, or retail is preferred
  • Proficiency in FP&A, forecasting, and analytics, with confidence working with large or imperfect data sets
  • Advanced degree in analytics or quantitative field is a plus
