Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Order Selector, you will be an essential part of our foodservice supply chain. You will pick orders for delivery to local foodservice venues.

• Engage in an active, physical role utilizing an electric pallet jack and/or forklift.
• Organize and palletize products to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support warehouse operations.

This position involves working in a safe environment that may have varying temperature and humidity levels based on local weather and product types (including non-refrigerated, refrigerated, and frozen items).

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 0 - 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to frequently lift products weighing between 10lbs and 75lbs, with occasional lifting up to 100lbs.
• Comfortably reach up to 72 inches.
• Capable of bending and twisting while operating electric pallet jacks or forklifts to retrieve products from lower shelves.
• Willingness to work in extremely cold environments (coolers and freezers).
• Ability to remain on your feet for 10 to 12 hours daily.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience operating an electric pallet jack or forklift.
• 1 year of warehouse, military, or physically active job experience.
• 1 year of selection experience is a plus.
• 2 years of consistent work history preferred.
