Are you a seasoned construction leader with a proven track record of driving project success, developing strong client relationships, and mentoring high-performing teams? We are seeking a Project Executive to join our client's leadership team and oversee multiple large-scale projects from preconstruction through completion.

• Location: Knoxville, TN
• Full-Time | Executive-Level Leadership
• Compensation: $120,000 per year or more (Can go higher in salary DOE)

What You'll Do

As Project Executive, you will:

• Lead and mentor project teams, including Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Superintendents.
• Oversee all phases of assigned projects, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, financial performance, client satisfaction, and schedule adherence.
• Drive client stewardship by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and contributing to new business development.
• Lead preconstruction efforts, including risk assessment and securing favorable project terms.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and project delivery systems.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks through contract review, subcontractor oversight, and proactive problem solving.
• Clearly communicate company vision and objectives, fostering collaboration and accountability across teams.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in construction leadership with a strong record of delivering successful projects.
• Expertise in a specialized market sector (healthcare, education, multi-family, etc.) is highly valued.
• Deep knowledge of construction operations, financial management, scheduling, and risk management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
