The Catering Event Services Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of catering orders and events. You will be responsible for setting up events, transporting necessary supplies, serving guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment throughout the occasion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up catering services based on client requests and event specifications.
• Transport and deliver food and beverages with essential supplies.
• Arrange chairs, tables, buffet lines, and other equipment as outlined in the event order.
• Replenish food and beverage items during events to provide a seamless experience for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of food service areas throughout the event.
• Collect and clean up items after service concludes.
• Break down and tidy the area post-event, returning all equipment to designated storage.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all attendees.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.

This position requires flexibility in working hours to align with events. You should be ready to embrace new challenges as duties may evolve.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Catering experience is also a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adherence to the assigned dress code is mandatory.
• Availability for event-based hours is essential.
• Completion of Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required.

Physical Requirements:

This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing.
