Position Type: Part-Time
Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Wage Increases: Year 2 - $18.50 | Year 3 - $19.00 | Year 4 - $19.00 | Year 5 - $20.00

Duties and Responsibilities: Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to your leader.
  • Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data within your area of responsibility.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Cashier Responsibilities:

  • Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness while stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience.
  • Give feedback to management on product issues and inventory losses.
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Stocker Responsibilities:

  • Stock shelves and rotate products to ensure freshness for customers.
  • Follow merchandising planograms to create well-organized displays.
  • Organize new inventory and handle empty boxes.
  • Operate machinery while following all safety protocols.

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the store.
  • Stockers must be able to stock merchandise and lift products weighing up to 45 pounds at various heights.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Able to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
  • Interpret and apply company policies and procedures effectively.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Knowledge of company products and services.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge is acceptable.
