Position Purpose:

As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include processing checkout and return transactions while overseeing the Self-Checkout area. You will proactively seek knowledge about our products and services to offer customers valuable information and identify sales opportunities.

Your role will involve:

• Following all company policies and procedures to minimize shrinkage.
• Supporting a team of Cashiers by expediting price checks and approving transactions across various service areas.
• Serving as the first point of contact for customer issues and resolving them effectively.
• Assisting in the supervision, coaching, and training of new Cashiers to enhance their skills and performance.

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 1 year of Cashier experience.
