Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
• Respond to resident service requests and after-hours emergencies
• Maintain property appearance, buildings, and amenities
• Manage maintenance inventory and equipment
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations to ensure safety and compliance

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) - Required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment or property maintenance
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to participate in after-hours on-call rotation
• Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
• Physical ability to walk properties, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
