RegScale is seeking a Director of Solutions Engineering to lead and scale a high-performing Solutions Engineering team. You will play a pivotal role in driving pre-sales success, customer value realization, and technical strategy across our go-to-market efforts.
In this leadership role, you'll lead technical engagement across the enterprise sales cycle—from discovery and solution architecture to proof of concept and customer onboarding. You will also help shape our product direction by translating market feedback into strategic requirements and work closely with the Product team to build what customers want.
